About Thriva EduCare
Thriva EduCare was established to support preschool and childcare owners and to strengthen the long-term sustainability of childcare and education providers.
We believe quality care and education for children is foundational to society. Yet many independent preschools and childcare centres face growing regulatory and operational demands, and too many close when their founders are ready to step back.
Our goal is to build a network of well-supported preschools and childcare centres that combines the entrepreneurial spirit of local owners and operators with the strength and stability of a long-term partner.

Joshua Chan
Director
M&A Leadership & Execution: Leads buy-side and sell-side M&A initiatives, with prior C-suite experience across multiple high-growth technology ventures. Strategy & Transformation: Founder of a strategy and finance advisory firm, advising SMEs on corporate transformation, capital structuring, and growth strategy. Operational & Financial Scaling: Deep experience building finance functions, implementing enterprise systems, and supporting rapid regional expansion. Professional Credentials: ACCA & MBA-qualified finance professional.
N M Syazwan
Advisor
Syazwan began his career in Big Four transaction services, specialising in valuations, financial due diligence and restructuring, and has since managed strategic asset deals exceeding RM 1 billion. He is currently CEO of a technology park and digital infrastructure company, and has helped raise USD 50 million in funding for regional expansion. An ICAEW Chartered Accountant (ACA) and multi-time founder, Syazwan has also served as fractional CFO to growing SMEs, helping owners strengthen their finances and day-to-day operations.
